Downtime

Here lies the irony of my job.

We're having tool errors. Agents can't accept calls. E-out is offered. People are on petiks. I AM DEFINITELY not. Well, I'm trying to find time to write this. Just a short break.

Hmmm...Am tired. And scared. I've so many things to learn about. So many things to know and understand. Scared of what I may not know...Hay, praning moments.
